Rodeo Tyme!

Went to rodeo today with my parents at Hershey Centre. Overall it was fun and I got to do a lot of drawings of horses cowboys and bulls. Here are some.

The bulls were toughest to draw mainly cause they were fast and were on stage for reall short time.

I'm not entirely sure in which aspect they can be clearer, if in the posing or the line work. You could possibly clarify some of the legs and even though they're quick, keep in mind that they're 3d figures and that you can put in some structure too (for their bodies and heads). Have you seen the Weatherly guide to drawing animals? Very nice gestures in that book.

I would say to not outline them though. You might end up losing the quick gesture of the drawings. You can redraw them if you feel necessary (or outline them on a new sheet), but they're just quick studies and you don't want to end up working them too much because it defeats the purpose of the gesture.
(If you reply to my comments you can post it right after my comment instead of my blog, it gets a little confusing going back and forth :p)

maybe not mess with these drawings anymore but try and enhance them digitally?

Sure, if you want to 8)
Gestures/studies are done so that you can learn from having done them and so you can use them for reference when drawing from your imagination, so what would be cool is to do some character design drawings referencing these poses.
Just a suggestion of course, do whatever you feel like doing! :D
